I just never gave a fuck about “providing ammunition” to opponents by being active or saying too much. If everyone had always just laid low out of fear of getting punched on, then personals would have basically never existed. It may be technically strategic, but forums would have been dead as shit and honestly maybe even have died out much sooner.
