My first run wasn’t fun but we got it done
Set me on a path straight to nun
I’ll tell you how my career begun
And why we never run
I was about 17 and we went to the city
My day was already going shitty
This was around the time I was linked to 50
Coffee pots started acting shifty
Everyone had a pocket full of bread
I just had an anger w a mind full of led
No one told me what was up
They didn’t expect id sign the prenup
We got lost got to the toll and had no money
And then it clicked my choice was taken from me
They told us to pull to the side and wait for police
A car full of drugs my mom didn’t even own it - it was a lease
I told them as the only white girl in the crew
